Where do you ship from?

We stock inventory in two warehouse, in California and the United Kingdom. US orders, and those going to Canada, Mexico, and Japan ship from our California warehouse. All other orders ship from the UK. Our digital products, like our apps, ship through a digital tube known as the Internet. 

I just received a shipping confirmation that didn’t include my entire order. What gives?

Not to worry, as mentioned in the previous question, our products are located in different warehouses, and some orders may require two shipments.

How long do orders take to ship?

Orders typically take 1 business day to process. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class are tend to arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders are much harder to predict and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on if they get delayed in customs. International orders do not have tracking.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Dwolla. And Bitcoin. Just kidding, we don’t accept Bitcoin. But we could. Should we accept Bitcoin? I guess we’ll just wait and see how that whole thing plays out.

Are your products available in retail stores?

Not really. There are a few here and there that sell our stuff, but your best bet is to order online, either from us or Amazon.

What tripods / accessories / adaptors should I use with the Glif?

Will the Glif connect to my specific tripod?

Yes! The Glif has three 1/4"-20 tripod threads, which is a universal standard, so it will connect to any tripod. If your tripod happens to have a larger thread, a simple adaptor down to the 1/4" size will do the trick.

How much does the Glif weigh?

You’re an ultralight backpacker, aren’t you? The Glif weighs 41 grams.

 

Cosmonaut:

What devices will the Cosmonaut work on?

We don’t have the means to test every touch screen phone and tablet on the market, but as a rule of thumb, if it works with your finger, it will work with the Cosmonaut.

Do you sell replacement tips for the Cosmonaut?

We sell tips on an ad hoc basis for $5 each, plus $5 for domestic shipping and $15 for international shipping. If you are interested, you can Paypal the total to sales@studioneat.com, and send us an email to let us know where to ship them.

How do I replace the Cosmonaut tip?

Neat Ice Kit:

How big is the Neat Ice Kit mold?

The mold, including the foam insulation and silicone sleeve, is about 6" tall and 4.5" wide. The resulting ice brick is about 2" x 2" x 4".

 

Simple Syrup Kit:

Does the Simple Syrup Kit include sugar?

No. It doesn’t include water either.
